Starbucks

This is my go-to Starbucks, closest in my area. The people that work here are the friendliest and most dedicated folks. I feel like a friend when I walk in! Some of them are even fellow plant people like me, which is always a fun topic for discussion. I digress, today's reason for leaving a review was on account that I was daydreaming and left without the bacon and gruyere sous vide egg bites I ordered. I normally only get coffee (a doppio or capp extra dry w/an extra shot; both always amazing if I may add), but today when talking to "PB", she suggested the aforementioned bites. I took the suggestion as they looked great, got my drink, and left without getting my bites (my fault, I was on autopilot). I realized I left them, returned to get them and "PB" made me new ones even after I insisted I would gladly take the ones that I left. I offered to have them charge me for another set since I was the vapid one who left the originals, but not only did she make new ones, but she also let me take the other ones. If this isn't the epitome of what great customer service is, then I don't know what it would be otherwise. I will be a dedicated customer to this location as long as I live here (though I already was). Thanks for the friendly help and assistance, it really made my day.

They have never messed up one of my in app purchases, which I have had problems with at other stores. I love the energy here!
