Not too bad. Mac and cheese needs work. Tyr free ice cream was a nice treat!
After multiple times at the grossest BBQ place I've even seen and ate at. City BBQ in UA and Grove City. Who puts Horseradish/Mayo sauce on smoked chicken? Dickey's is a welcome retreat to good BBQ/smoked meat. Portions were good for the smoked chicken I purchased this time around. The MAC&Cheese was tasty, and the Texas Toast was good, wish I would have gotten two Thank you Dickeys for coming to Columbus and saving us from City BBQ.
First time here and both the pulled pork and brisket were really good. Only complaint is the soft serve ice cream machine was basically soup, but its not what we went there for, so I'll let it slide.
I've been a few times & it's a great value especially if you're bringing the family along. Their brisket is one of my favorites. The only knock is the service. I've been there at times when they're remarkable & inviting towards the order counter & other times when its felt cold/bothersome that we were there.
Overall, it's still a good spot with good food. We'd go back.
One last comparison note, the brisket is better at Dickey's than City BBQ.
Fast, casual restaurant serving Texas style BBQ, wide variety of sides and some more unusual choices like tacos plus free soft serve with your eat in meal. Decent prices and the staff was helpful and friendly. For my taste it's better than City BBQ
