Great service and ice-cream! Lived in Hilliard most of my life and this has always been one of the best chill locations :)

Disappointed that after I ordered & paid for cheese curds, manager told cashier at counter they were out.. they had difficulty figuring out total refund.. but they were friendly & others in my group were happy with their food at Hilliard store

First things first: The ice cream is always tasty and the staff are nice. That being acknowledged, it bothers me that this location doesn't ever honor any of the DQ email coupons. They also aren't offering the widely advertised 'Buy one blizzard, get one for 99¢' promotion which is very disappointing. The view from the drive-thru is also kind of gross. Signs on window are poorly hand-written, tattered and dirty. The restaurant could really use a renovation.
