    This was my first time visiting this Wendy's, I went through the drive threw and the lady at the window was amazing.
    I paid it forward for 2 cars behind me and it was great to see them also pay it forward. My daughter was in awe. ❤❤

    Great customer service. Hot, delicious food. Manager follow-up to make sure everything ok.

    Not sure what happened but we walked straight up the register and still had wait 10 minutes to order. We went to fast food because we were in a hurry. Still gave them a 3 because you could tell some issue had happened and everyone was very apologetic.

    We got to the speaker with 4 minutes to spare, which, admittedly, is kind of a jerk move. When we got our food, I realized there was tomato on my sandwich. I'm allergic to tomatoes, and really didn't want a hospital visit! The manager was kind enough to make a fresh sandwich and even gave a voucher for our wait! He was understanding and apologetic. It was a great experience! My husband and I like coming to this location because the one near us is absolutely terrible.
