The Original Pancake House

I had the strawberry waffle, which was quite good and a nice portion. My fellow fast breakers had omelets, pancakes, and eggs, and everyone enjoyed their meals. We were also chosen to test run some new menu items, which were much loved by the meat eaters. There were lots of options, even for basic appetites and picky eaters. Vegetarian options were standard for a breakfast place. Nothing overwhelmingly original and no vegetarian protein alternatives, but you can go crazy on sweet stuff if that's what you're into. The prices are quite high, though, and it was REALLY loud and jam packed when we went (Sunday morning). Overall, therefore, the food is good, but I can't say it's worth the hassle or the price for me personally.

Julia M., our server was awesome! Today is my birthday and she brought extra strawberries for me! The strawberry crepe was so good with real cream and fresh strawberry preserves. We even got to try a test steak skillet for free! Best breakfast in town!!!

This is an updated restaurant compared to the one I'm used to in Montgomery. Even though it seemed unsettlingly busy and I was sure there was going to be an hour wait, the wait was only 9 minutes long. The food came out so fast (even if it was just bacon and eggs and coffee) I couldn't even finish my story I was telling. The particular seat we had seemed a little cramped more than I liked and a small table for all the plates we had. I am also used to having the strawberries and whipped cream already on my pancakes instead of on the side, but that's probably just this particular location. But other than that, this is such a great place to go have breakfast with a group of people or maybe even one or 2 friends.

THIS place was quite unexpectedly AMAZING! The helpful staff impressed my group like a very seasoned and well oiled machine, from front desk, management to our super amazing waiter Tristan!

Let's talk about the food! A complete, hands down, bravo on absolute quality flavor, freshness, quick preparation, getting our orders correct (the first time) for our party of 11. The taste of everything was a boastful mouth full of absolute deliciousness. My recommendation is the Granny Smith apple pancakes! I enjoyed the Irish omelette and blueberry pancakes. Of course I couldn't finish either. Everything is quite sharable.

We celebrated a birthday there. I see why this established is so incredibly popular! What a treat! I will most definitely be back very soon. Thanks for the great everything!

The employees are wonderful. Especially the people at the bar area. The food is ok. I haven't been wowed by it, but it is one of the better places for breakfast in Columbus. Great place to bring the family. If you plan to go in the morning on a weekend, expect to wait.
