The Lane

I have enjoyed my years living in The Lane immensely. The maintenance staff are always extremely friendly. The management is also nice to me in the elevators. However, I had to take the rating down by 2 stars due to the fact that I cannot see any beavers from my third-floor apartment window. I hope they can add some beavers to the courtyard area so I can hang out with them.

We were visiting from Florida when we lived in Ohio we came here for every occasion and were never disappointed! This time however was a big let down! The steak was grisly! Not the same carrot cake at all, used to b served warm and yummy! Was boring and dry not warm!

Our time at the Lane was great! Jesse took great care of us and was very accommodating when we transitioned to our permanent address. We loved the location and ease of life there. I would highly recommend to anyone searching for an apartment in the area.

The Lane was a great home for us. Location is great, Jesse (Property Manager) always cares for his residents, and the amenities were many. We enjoyed our time and would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for great location, safe environment, and close to retail, restaurants, and much more.

I have been a resident at The Lane for slightly over two year. I would highly recommend The Lane apartments if interested in renting in the Upper Arlington neighborhood. The Lane Avenue district has so many businesses and restaurants within walking distance that I find myself on some weekends not driving my car. My morning drive downtown to work is less than ten minutes.

The leasing manager, Jesse and his staff are outstanding and very attentive. The complex is well maintained and cleaned daily. The few maintenance issues I've experienced have been addressed and resolved immediately. Parking is more than adequate.
