Steak Escape Sandwich Grill

Food was ok. The store was pretty messy. It may have been slammed recently and hard to keep up with. Our food was cooked correctly; however the soda we ordered was overfilled and the lid broken so it ended up making a mess. We don't have a steak escape near home; but this experience didn't make me want to drive out of my way for this one

Great fast food restaurant. Convenient drive-through. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Great tasting sandwich. Got the Italian Hottie. I wish they filled the bread end-to-end with the meat and toppings. There were some mouthfuls of bread at the beginning and end. However, I recommend this place for anyone looking for a tasty sub!

Worst ever!!! Went to the drive up sat there for a moment could see someone sweeping the floor no took my order. Pulled up to the window and guy finally comes to the window and says the drive up is closed. No sign anywhere that it was closed. When I went in the children could careless about the inconvenience and the one who took the order was down right rude. Ask for a supervisor or manager and was told there wasn't one and the one taking the order claim not to know the name of one. The kid making the food said he just started and went to look on a board, came back with the name Michael

I worked in the restaurant and retail field for many years and never heard of such a situation. Had I not been picking up for other people and the next closest one being a distance I would have left. But I will never step foot or drive up to this location again. Leaving it unattended with rude children running it is ridiculous.
