“First time trying Buckeye Donuts and I was very impressed! I ordered through doordash pickup, and something went wrong and my order wasn’t ready when I got there. The guy working the front counter handled it perfectly and even gave me a free donut as compensation! “Heirloom is THE hidden gem at tOSU, best cafe on campus by far. Most of the undergraduates do not know this place even exists, so the general atmosphere matches that of the older young adult community and many music students. Heirloom seems to know this and prefers it; they do not accept dining dollars. Everything on the menu is locally sourced and delicious, and the staff are all extremely warm and welcoming. Couldn't recommend more for a sophisticated spot on campus!”

“Okay, yes the parking lot and location is inconvenient, but the staff is WONDERFUL. I feel like I see people complaining about this Starbucks location all the time, but it’s always for reasons that are not related to the staff and quality of their products. I know how wasteful and frivolous my coffee addiction is, but the staff and their positive attitudes bring a little joy to my AM. When I’m working from home, I make coffee there, but when I have to drive into my miserable office, having a quick interaction with this Starbucks’ staff makes me feel a little better.
