“The drive-thru line moves quickly, and orders are consistently accurate. This McDonald's is easily accessible from I-270. A great place for travelers to stop for a familiar fast-food standby. Ordering inside this store is a typical headache if you try to use McDonald's app. (Is it just me, or has this app ever worked for anyone ever?) The inside is equipped with the latest touch-screen technology that is also frustrating for most people. If you look lost enough, there is usually a friendly associate willing to take your order the old fashioned way. There are tables equipped with video games for kids. There are TVs with a news feed that is specific for McDonald's. This location is an odd combination of the best and worst of McDonald's, but I definitely recommend it. The staff is friendly and efficient, and they do a good job with all of the weirdness that McDonald's throws at them.”

“We had a weekday birthday party here for our 3 year old and everyone was great! The pizza was delicious and the staff members were so kind and accommodating! We had guests from out of town and they were so impressed with the staff and venue! My son had so much fun, our smaller babies loved the play area and we adults loved the option to jump at Get Air during our party time! We will definitely continue to use Tree of Life in the future! “One of the best smoothie spots in Columbus. There are plenty of places closer to downtown that are more expensive and not as good as Pulp. It's kind of weird though because it's got an open wall into the gym next door so they can serve them as well, which is good I suppose if you're in the gym and want a smoothie but not as great for most other people who don't want to watch, hear and smell people work out while they're waiting for their smoothie. Overall a really great smoothie place, except for that one point.”

“The staff members were very respectful and accommodating to my 12 year old son and his friends every time I went there ( 8 and counting) . Naturally the kids have a lot of questions and concerns but the staff always and consistently answer their questions without being condescending and are very patient and polite. I have seen the place packed out and they somehow find a way to help everyone while providing a very fun experience for everyone. First rate equipment to game on including the gaming chair to sit on. Looks like a wonderful place to have a birthday party for the kids. Very clean and a totally safe environment (important to me) throughout including the restrooms. Food/drink offerings are healthy and good and were reasonably priced. Columbus Ohio is lucky to have this kind of establishment with such a dedicated personnel! I highly recommend this business!!”

“I went a little early so it wasn't very busy, maybe 10 customers total. The food was great, I had the hearty breakfast; eggs over easy, rye toast, hashbrowns and sausage patties. The sausage patties had a different texture but tasted good. I also had the cinnamon roll pancakes, amazing! I just barely ate half of all my food. What really earned the 5th star was Kelly my waiter. She wasn't over bearing while being attentive to me. Lite conversation, with no awkwardness. Shes pro military which is a plus these days. Kelly made the experience whole.”

“It's hard to go wrong with Dunkin'! Although, since new management took over about a year ago, it's gotten noticeably better. The coffee is hotter, the food is better prepared, and the line lines much quicker. It's been much easier to go there and feel good about what you're getting. The kids still love the donuts, although they're getting smaller for sure. Overall, still worth a special trip to Gahanna!”

“My normal experience with this McDonald's and its crew is pleasant enough. In fact, they typically efficient and pleasant; giving service with a smile and they handle orders correctly. I recently had to wait for my food an overly long time because it was prepared to go instead to served at the table. So it was waiting on me and I was waiting for it for quite a while. They were extremely busy and backed up and I was sitting in an odd area because I needed to charge my phone.”

“Ordered 2 Bagel Packs = 36 bagels. Service is usually great but on this day the young lady assisting me took 20-25 minutes to box everything up. On previous visits this has taken an average of 10 minutes. As I was gathering my boxes of bagels I overheard the manager say to the young lady "You should have put on gloves and used your hands to grab the bagels because it's a lot faster than using tongs and now you have a line of 10 customers when there weren't any when I stepped away." In defense of the young lady, I can at least say she was very nice and respectful to me as well as to her manager. I'd still return regardless of this issue.”

I simply parked my car and went inside and another gentleman had no problem with giving me my apple juice, and then explained that I didn't need to bring my entire order inside just to get my drink- also said if it ever happens again just come inside.
