(October 23, 2023, 3:57 pm)I had a subpar experience with this food truck. Ribs were absolutely phenomenal, nice smoke bark, great flavor. The side dishes that complimented the ribs were a very bad quality. Saugey slaw and bland mac and cheese. Sauces we're average. It's worth a shot checking out. Maybe the next time will be better!
