What a fantastic mom and pop home cooked food restaurant. I will recommend it to everyone I know. Even well priced.

Home cooking . Huge portions . Wide variety of items on the menu without being overwhelming.
The waitress was very friendly and professional.
My water glass was refilled before asking .
Best of all - very , very clean .

The food is good and reasonably priced. The only part I don't like is that no one cleaned up any of the tables when parties left. However maybe it was an off day or someone called off?

Cold winters afternoon .. comfort food at its BEST! The fish fry reminds me of the family meals after a weekend fishing trip! Fresh , fried and flavorful fish dinner. I was surprised to see the peas- they taste like my grandmas from the garden. Other meals in my party - the roast beef with gravy - my husband got extra gravy. French toast made with fresh thick bread in early dinner menu. We all got the fresh brewed ice tea.
The service was A plus - quick refills and checking in on us! Extremely clean .. easy parking out in the country. I will definitely be back out to enjoy another meal.

Ps: huge portions - I brought 1/2 the fish and fries home along with a piece of carrot cake! ????

Prices may seem a hair high, but you definitely get what you pay for. It will definitely fill you up because they give you tons of food. Quick service. Awesome staff. Awesome food. Breakfast all day. Always clean. Large and diverse menu.Never have had a complaint when I go there. Probably the best diner around. Would recommend to anyone
