They are a very nice couple and very ambitious...just some advice coming from someone that was in the business.
Add a little more seasonings...not hot..you can have some Cajun or any other kind of spices for people to add if they wish.
You need to not skimp on veggies and meat...you may think your stretching a dollar but you are loosing money in the long run...I have been there and done it...its not worth it.
People return to places to eat when they get what they, think they are paying for...if you guys fix this...you will run out of food before the nights over.
If this has already happened..its because it was people's first time there...most of them won't go back...unless we were the ones where you ran out of ingredients.
I'm saying this to help you...we will see you next year to see if it has changed and then I will rate you guys higher.
I still incoourage everybody to try this food truck if they see it...it was very good...just some constructive criticism from an expert in the food business.
Thanks
