In a town where restaurant food is mediocre at best, it is refreshing to see Pony Boys elevate food to the next level. Great complex flavors, attention to detail, and a new concept for food. Mod-Mex. From handmade guacamole with real heat, to salmon with jicama salad, crisp tacos with chorizo with shrimp, you can’t go wrong, and this was a takeout order where food can go wrong quickly by the time it gets home. Friday night takeouts just got a whole lot better!
