Chef Talia and Chef Hedy kindly hosted a private event for us. We had them surprise us with the menu and everything was beautiful and delicious. Their wine selections were perfection. Everyone had a great time!
One of the best meals ever! Emailed Coppia to see if they could do a special chef's menu for my wife's birthday. They happily obliged and set up a wonderful six course meal. Every dish was just fantastic. The red snapper over hummus with chermoula was the best fish dish I ever had. Large portions, well thought-out, and perfectly prepared. I appreciate the chefs coming out to describe each dish. At the end they both came out of the kitchen to bid us farewell. What a wonderful meal with wonderful people. I cannot wait to return and cannot recommend Coppia enough!
Chef Talia and Chef Heddy always present a culinary experience to remember. Last night was no different. From start to finish, our thoughtful meal was presented to perfection. Each course was hand crafted to please all the senses. The salad looked as if each leaf was carefully chosen to serve its purpose. Shaved asparagus will forevermore grace my salads. The pasta course, though plenty, left me crying for more. Little neck linguine bursting with flavor. The snapper was perfectly seared on top of house made hummus and presented with broccoli rabe. Finally the perfect portions of desert rounded out a night to remember served by the perfect staff. I felt as any honored guest should. They sport a full bar and wine list, though this time I had neither. This is a very reasonable guilty pleasure that should be on your local culinary rotation. The menu is varied to please any palate yet concise enough to assure quality, consistency, and timeliness of service. I am impressed and will make this one of my frequent local stops, as should you.
I asked Chef Talia to surprise me for Sunday brunch because I didn’t know what I wanted. She did just that It was my first experience having eggs Benedict and it was amazing it was made from the freshest ingredients and tasted amazing. My wife and children were very happy with their meals also. The atmosphere was so relaxed it was nice with music in the background without hindering conversation. My wife and I can not wait to come for dinner alone and with friends in the future.
Simply one of the most outstanding meals I've had in a long time. Everything was beautifully and perfectly prepared, with fabulous flavor. Looking forward to returning!
