Sharon James Cellars

About 10 years ago we stumbled upon Sharon James while looking for some outdoor wine and springtime fun. Since then, the staff, drinks, menu, events and entertainment have grown to be so well established but a lovely and personal place to gather and dine year round. We’ve booked family events, like showers or birthdays and/or just gone dozens of times for lunch, dinner and great wine weekends or weeknights. Regardless of time or day the staff acts like you have been friends for years. So lucky to have this local treasure nearby.

What an awesome experience. We did the igloo to start and then moved to the inside bar area. The service was phenomenal both outside and inside. The food was amazing and of course the wine was great. Many choices for all pallets. I watched the bartender make their smoked old fashioned that I had never seen before. That’s definitely on my list for my next visit. I would highly recommend adding Sharon James Cellars in Newbury.

This place is so cute and warm. So comfortable. Everyone working here is so warm and friendly. The atmosphere is amazing both inside and outside. So fun in the summer and and winter (and every season).. and best of all the wine and food are AMAZING!!! Highly Recommended!!!!!

Went with friends to wine taste eat and listen to live music. Wines were very good. Service was excellent. Food was good. Atmosphere was excellent. They also serve drinks.

What an amazing find. They have delicious wine flights and the food is phenomenal! Beautiful seating available indoors or out, the grounds behind the winery are gorgeous! Friendly service also, highly recommended if you’re looking for a new place to try! You won’t be disappointed! Cheers!
