First Watch - Fairborn

A chain that doesn't feel like a chain. Good, creative place for breakfast and lunch (they close at 2PM). Went a little after they opened today (7 AM) and it was crowded as it always seems to be early on a weekday. We had the ricotta lemon pancakes and an omelet this time, though the eggs Benedict are typically the favorite when we are there.

Fair priced meals and portions. The food was very good well prepared. They have food for every appetite including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and much more. I was very impressed with my server Jordan and the rest of the staff were friendly and were seated after about 5 mins. I will be returning!

Service was snooty, but food was good. Very much on the healthier side, served with a delicious salad (though potatoes are optional). Coffee is great - strong and always at the table. Love that they provide flavored creamer. Bread is amazing! Love the multigrain.

Quick service and phenomenal food from around the country. My favourite part is the community table and comfortable couch seating. At the community table, there's no wait if space is available. Recommend the lemon ricotta pancakes, all of the juices, and the AM superfood bowl. Also recommend getting on the wait list before you get to the restaurant.

Great little breakfast cafe. Great atmosphere and the menu is perfect. The service was great. It’s kinda like a diner where when you’re done you take your check up to the front to pay before you leave. The food was delish. I had the waffle and it was perfection.

This place was packed! It was my first time there but the friend I was with used an app to put in our names for our table so we could just check in when we got there and went right to our table. Great experience. Highly recommended. Will be back again!
