    I had 2 fish sandwiches they tasted fine but person building boh sandwiches did a bad job assembling putting the 2 cheese, fish Patty, & and bun tops together. This important he or she needs to learn about food presentation an it's impact on the customers appeal and the way looks Impacts taste of food. Teach them it is critical to your business.

    McDonald's is the quintessential American fast food. It's core menu is still quite tasty and satisfying. What it lacks is the speedy service that made it an industry leader in the first place.

    The 20 min wait between ordering and receiving your food would be better spent in a fast casual atmosphere.

    Hopefully, the C-suite will watch The Founder, and get back to what made them great to start with. Until then, I'll be spending my dollars elsewhere.
