Wendy's

Had a great experience tonight. There were only 3 on shift, but they were courteous, quick to complete my order and made me feel very welcome while I was waiting. They were working very hard making sure they keep up with both the drive through orders and the dinning room customers. I always enjoy picking up dinner there, because of how friendly the dinner crew is.

Someone needs to staff this Wendy’s for the occasion. When there is a huge soccer tourney a mile away there should be more staff covering the noon to 3 shift.
However, with all that CHRIS SIMMONS should be made a training manager for wendy’s Corp. he had a Crowd of people and was the runner and it never phased or changed his presentation to the customers. He remained calm and cool. He needs to train other staff how to treat the customers. Great Job Chris!!

Wendy's is always good. You can never go wrong with the #2 Dave's double need fry and making the drink a frosty to dip your fries in. They are a little pricey, more than McDonald's for sure, but it's always worth it. They are a little bit behind other restaurants when it comes to the app because not all of their restaurants locations are in the app to do online pay and I have had some trouble using the mobile coupons at the store. One of my favorite things from when Wendy's is the baconator fries with extra melted cheese.
