this store was awesome cassie the manager was such a personable nice young lady I will eat here from now on with my family it was more than just a great sandwich it was a conversation with a sweet goodhearted young lady who just made my day way to go subway by the mall in Beavercreek oh

The revolving door of employees is the nature of the beast, and therefore just as anywhere else here is no exception to it. I have experienced the worst and the best at this one. But, I wish the good employees, who don't slop everything together all the while look at you like you're bothering them, would stick around. For example, today in the A.M, I went in and the person taking care of me, was personable, in a genuine way, and despite it being her first time making that sandwich, it was wonderfully done and delicious. She was still there this evening and looked as she was off, but took care of that order and again, did a wonderful job. Another girl, closer, I assume, is always opposite of that. Therefore, i'm glad she did not take care of that second order.
Keep the good employees around and get rid of the others.

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because I usually come to this Subway and it's fantastic. But tonight, I wanted to go and get some food before they closed at 10pm. Well, I walk up to the door about 9:02pm and the door is locked. I check the times, they're right on the glass, and every day they're open til 10pm besides Sundays. So my question is, did the person who locked up understand that they can get their company in trouble for closing early and causing false advertisement? I mean, I even tried calling and nobody picked up but the Open sign is still on so someone legit just abandoned their position and locked up early.
