The food is dirty cheap and unnecessarily delicious, the staff are super friendly, and it's within way striking distance of much tonier locals. And, the onion rings are likely the best I've ever tasted... ever! If you find yourself in Cincinnati's ever gentrifying OTR district, you simply must give Dunlop Cafe a go.
