Chuck E. Cheese's

Took the family for a fun day out. Not regrets. Although it was a windy overcast and rainy day it turned out quite well. We had fun fun and more fun. Games were good. We had a family competition just to see who could generate the most tickets. Why only four stars? The guy at the welcome area had absolutely no customer service skills at all. It was raining pretty bad and a car outside had a window down and being the person i am, i tried to so something about it. The receptionist guy acted as if "who cares and why the hell are you telling me". Worst part of my trip. Second worst part of the trip was the food. But outside of that, if your planning a family outting, this idea will sure work. The little ones and us big folk will sure enjoy it.

Some idiots started a HORRIBLE fight, people were hurt & police were called....this never happens at the Springdale location.... but the staff handled it so well. They were accommodating, apologetic, and professional. It's really a shame that they have to deal with idiots like that and put their lives in danger... but the manager and staff were wonderful!!! For that reason alone... we will be back. Thanks for making my babies 5th birthday an amazing one.

Much nicer than the Florence Kentucky location or eastgate. Cleaner, staff was helpful and when Chuck E came out he interacted with all the kids! He rounded them up when he came out by jogging threw the game room before doing his dance routine and throwing tickets. I was very surprised after being so disappointed at the other locations.

My son absolutely loves coming here I love everything about Chuck-E-Cheese except the price I like the new way of using a card to swipe and play games unfortunately I feel it's quite pricey it would be nice if parents kept a better eye on their children as bigger kids take over stealing tickets from my son's machines taking over his game as he's trying to learn and figure out how to play it I still recommend it simply because there's not much to do in my town
