    Did not try but nice selection of individual & family prepared meals. Would like to see more salads which was very limited at lunch time. Looked like healthy choices.

    I have been going to fit fast food stop almost every other week or every week for the past 4 months and is a great option for budget meal prep services. They offer both single and meal prep kits every day of the week. The single meals are typically quite good and of course the overall goal is to make health conscious meals. The meal prep kits make around 10 meals typically and could offer a bit more variation in options but are a really great choice for anyone on a gym diet or heavy diet. Ownership is great and very friendly as well.
