EXCELLENT! OMG! Best INDIA FOOD lunch buffet in Cincinnati! They have stolen me from Delhi Palace! I’m in love. Perfect food, flavor, quality, item selection, customer service, atmosphere, and price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I WILL BE BACK! WEEKLY!

I have always come here not because it is close to my job but because their food is amazing and customer service is superior. Even on New Years Day they were ready to close for the evening and told me they would be happy to put together dinner for me. One time my friend walked in and had never experienced Indian cuisine before the server gave her a variety of different foods to try and she is now a huge fan!

The service was very friendly and attentive. This place has a nice atmosphere. I can see why they have so many good reviews.

Tried this place because it had 4.5 stars. I see why it has that many stars now. The food was amazing. I was thrown off by the staff at first, but everyone turned out to be nice and polite. The owner or manager was friendly and you could tell he had a lot of regulars by the way he talked to the other tables. Definitely would suggest this place and will be going back. And I'm going to try their lunch buffet too.

My experience at Shaan was great. The atmosphere is family oriented, and the food is worth it. I just wish they were better staffed. I starred at the poor staff in pity as they were bombarded by hungry customers. They were noticeably stressed, and it made leaving difficult because getting the check was near impossible until things died down. I will definitely be back. I'd love to explore the place at different times, preferably when it is less busy.
