Entered near ten, it was not crowded. The staff was sociable and attentive. It has a good feel to it.

Got some take out from this place and it was very good. Although it took me 30 minutes to get back to the office to eat it, it was still very good.
They make the noodles fresh (they have a window you can look into while they make your food), so the flavors get soak right in. But I don't recommend noodles for take or because they get stuck together.
If you're in the area (or a foodie like me who is not in the area), go give them a try. Their prices are decent and the portions are good.

Avoid their busy hours. You'll end up waiting for a table or service as they can quickly become overwhelmed. I went around 3:30pm and there was only two other tables full. I had their steamed dumplings, sesame chicken, and noodle bowl. Everything was delicious and flavorful although as their name suggests, the made from scratch noodles were the star of the meal! Will be back for sure!

Not going to lie, this place was crazy busy when we arrived. 40min wait for a table, 20 to order, 20 to get the food. They had a line of grub hub orders waiting an easy 20 minutes to collect. Staff could not keep up with the demand.

That should tell you something. This place is A-Maze-Ing. The food took me right back to my visit in China and the bubble tea was spot on the taro bubble tea I had in Tokyo.

It is worth the wait, I would have waited 5x as long. Authentic, hand-made perfection.

You like spice? Try the cumin beef. I will have sweet sweet dreams about that meal until I go back. The hand pulled noodles were decent too!

The freshest pan fried noodles in town! They're stretched by hand and made to order, and the extra effort and time put in by the cooks pays off. The noodles have a pleasing, chewy bite and aren't greasy like some other restaurants. The vegetables in the noodles, too, are fresh and you can tell they haven't been left steaming for too long. The garlicky green beans are another winner, slightly tender and bursting with flavor. Highly recommend! ????
