My experience has always been good at this location. Order is always correct and wait is never too long. It gets a thumbs up across the board. Conveniently located close to two major road ways; Glendale-Milford and Reading Road. Also minutes from I-75. The drawback for those who rely on public transportation is that Metro does not have a bus that goes up this far. Keep in mind that this area is often busy with a lot of construction and traffic.

Speed during rush was good however they do not always check to see if the items they put in the bag are fresh. Ordered 10 piece nuggets and they were completely cold. Check food temps before you leave.

Lakisha was a great host and made my experience memorable. I ended up ordering three spicy chicken sandwiches back to back because she was so honest and friendly. When I am in Sharonville, I can't help but want to stop by for a spicy chicken sandwich now because she made that kind of impression on me with her dedication to good service.
