    When we first heard about Northside Country Club, we thought the people telling us about it were confused. We kept saying, "You mean, Northside Yacht Club?" Come to find out there actually is a Northside COUNTRY Club, and it's in the old Bistro Grace space. Apparently, it's some sort of stop-gap to keep the liquor license with the space.

    And that's all well and good and whatever. First and foremost, NSCC is cash-only. But there is an ATM on site. Second, ohmigosh... THE TOTS. The tots are just amazing. The ranch dipping sauce is really good. And the aioli is even better. We had the ham&cheese, thinking it would be a grilled cheese with ham. It was cold ham and a slice of cheese on toast. It was good but we were just expecting something else. We also ordered the BLT which was really good. Our friend had the Chcago dog and that looked really good too. Next time we go to NSCC, we'll be ordering BLTs and tots for days. Great stuff.
