Frisch's Big Boy

Seemed pretty good. I have had a better experience, but definitely have had worse at Big Boy and even at Frisch's. For anyone who does not understand what the distinction is, Big Boy is a franchise all across the U.S. and each region is owned by a different company. Frisch's owns the Cincinnati region and is either the original Big Boy region or the second with someplace in California being the first. Anyway, either California is first and Cincinnati was second or the other way around. Frisch's is at the top of the Big Boy restaurant ranking chart. If you have tried Big Boy somewhere else and hated it. Like Bob's Big Boy or something and hated it, it is because they are the lousy representation of Big Boy. Frisch's is so much better. Recently though, they have had a problem with charging too much and giving too small of portions. The food was good here. The service was passable. Could have been better. The prices are too high for what you get.

Great place! The manager clearly cares about customers and is great at helping all the servers out. Very happy with Kari and her service.

Good service, fresh hot food. Great waiters. My food was just how i asked for it. Clean store, clran restrooms. Easy access, off street parking. Always friendly and great food at, high but fair prices. No discounts for senior citizens. Very sad.

The service was great. They took our party of 5 in quickly and moved some tables around for us. Our server was very pleasant and knew what was ordered by all. Packed out, but a very nice atmosphere. We had a great brunch together.????
