Near miss! The allergen handout said most of their dressings did not have SOY present, yet the containers all listed SOYBEAN OIL as the first ingredient. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and ripped up the allergen sheet after realizing what happened. The issue is that they open and pour the dressings on...so if I hadn't made her look at the package and relied on the paperwork she gave me...

I had a tasty sandwich and the staff was very friendly and helpful to our 95 yr old mom. We actually left about 15 mins after they closed because Mom is getting a bit slow. They were so accommodating and weren't chafing at the bit to get us out at closing. Much appreciated!

Although the tables were dirty. They were busy and did have a line so I can understand it there. Would be occupied with active customers. someone did come out to clean the tables after the wait for the customers died down. The food was very good, salad and sandwich, moderate to high in price range but the quality and value was worth it. Overall a very pleasant experience

This is a bit pricier than most sandwich shops but the food is excellent. I ordered a roast beef sandwich with lettuce, mayo, onions, and tomato, with some oil and oregano, and it was great. Five stars all the way!

Potbelly is one of the best chain restaurants for a sandwich. The ingredients are always fresh, and the sandwiches are toasted to just the right level. They also have good soups and chili. My personal favorite is a sandwich called The Wreck. The name is ironic because the sandwich is perfection!
