Taste of Belgium - Clifton

Definitely my go to treat yo self brunch place. I always end up getting the chicken and waffles because it's just so freaking good. Their strawberry basil lemonade mimosa is divine as well

Just left Taste of Belgium Clifton and the service was nothing short of amazing. Cory was our waiter and he was the bomb as well as the manager Evan. They went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we needed. Plus the food was tasty and out in a timely manner. We will definitely be back!

Every time I go here, I receive great service. The open layout of the restaurant is amazing for big groups. I ordered the chicken and waffles and the fruit parfait. Both came out perfectly (that syrup for the Chicken and Waffles is on a new level). Also, I never had a macaroon until this place and they set the bar high. Sometimes it can be really busy (I live near by and see the bustle) but when I went, I was seated immediately even with a busy house.

I would give this location a 3.5. The food was done very well and tasted very good. It was more a issue with the attitude of the millennial kids working the floor. The restaurant was mostly empty. The hostess asked us where we would like to sit. We said this table she said no, you can't sit at that one, this game went on until we said, how about you tell us where to sit. The server acted as if she was in a hurry, I'm sure we were her only table. My daughter asked for some extra info about a plate and the server just read the menu to her. We then got to watch the wait staff devour a dish that was returned. I've never seen such a thing. They sat at the bar and ate in front of us. Like previously stated food was good service not so much.

This place was suggested to us by one of the locals. What a cool place with delicious food! I went with one of the server’s recommendations of chicken, biscuit and eggs with gravy, and it was awesome! Had to try the waffles too, and I could have eaten a dozen of them they were so good. The deserts were very good as well. A must try if you are in the area.
