I love that Wendy’s will serve any sandwich bunless or wrapped in lettuce. They get it...

How can you run a Saturday lunch rush with only FOUR WORKERS in the building.
The place is REKT. No ice or syrup for half the drinks!
Tables are gross, took 15 min just to order.... and I was SECOND IN LINE! Then the food took another 10 min.
At least the food was hot, and predictably Wendy’s. They did forget the sauce, for my son’s chicken nuggets ....

Wow. Overall, a terrible experience.

Go anywhere else for a while.... until they get it figured out, anyway.

The girl at the drive thru was nasty. She even said "Do you want your change"? Granted it was only a penny but still!
I tried one of their new sundaes. It wasn't that great. Frosty ice cream with hard chocolate chip cookies and chocolate syrup. Sounds great but the cookies were crumbly and just didn't taste that great mixed in. Chewy ones would have been much better. The service was the main reason I only gave it 3 stars. I wonder if she would have asked me if I wanted my change back if it was dollars. Lol.
