Penn Station East Coast Subs

We stopped to get a couple of sandwiches and french fries...they was hot and fresh. We enjoy taking a night off from cooking...thanks

I ate the 12" pizza sub added mushrooms and onions. When I tell you they threw down. Hey,! It was more than delicious, it was extraordinary. Cincinnati @ Hamilton and Goodman(North College Hill)

I've been here many times and they're usually quick and the food is typically good. I'd have given 5 stars if not for an experience where I came in 10 minutes prior to close and the manager had to tell two employees to take my order as they didn't seem to be in a hurry.

Maybe 3 minutes to close, another guy and two girls came in together and were denied service rather rudely by one of the female empoyees when the posted closing time had not passed. Those customers left without service. I believe the manager was not aware of this, I did not bring it up and neither did the customers who left.

I would like to add that the above mentioned occurrence is not typical of this location and most employees do their job efficiently and politely, which is why I still give this Penn Station 4 stars.
