    What a great project!
    The chef-owner takes dough and crust very seriously and it shows. Authentic, with the right balance of chew and crunch, and best fresh from the oven.

    Who would have thought that a pizza “project”launched in the middle of the pandemic would have a chance? This is working because the product is great and the restauranteurs are passionate about a balanced, well-sourced, and of course, extremely tasty, pizza pie.

    Parlor Pizza Project is AMAZING. Highly recommend it! I love pizza and I am very picky about having good pizza. I recently moved from New York City with an endless selection of all kinds of pizza. Parlor Pizza Project is just what I was looking for. It exceeded my expectations--the dough is incredible and the toppings are delicious. Super cute spot too!

    Turned the space into a little gem. Love the quality ingredients from local farms/seasonality. That’s how all food should be. Take your wife and kids, grab some pies for movie night and enjoy the best pie in town. Not to mention the owner is smoking hot. Hard worker too, and loves wine!

    Parlor Pizza Project is most definitely one of the best pizzas I've ever had! If you're like me and pizza is life, you won't be disappointed. Make sure to try all of the options.

    Great pizza! I ordered a couple of pies when Parlor Pizza Project was still a pop-up at Oakley Wines, and the crust was perfect. It's hard to find a pizza shop with a good crunchy crust, but this new shop has done it. I will definitely be back for more now that they have their own spot.
