Taste of Belgium - Rookwood

Taste of Belgium is a true treat for anyone looking for a twist on Chicken and Waffles.
First, I've eaten here many time and I find the food to be wonderful. I've tried many of the dishes ranging from sandwiches to crepes to their waffles. Always great.
Their service is wonderful too. Each time the staff is engaged and knows the menu well. They are always happy to explain any items.
I would highly recommend visiting and enjoying the Rookwood location.

The food at this location, of course absolutely delicious. Very fancy inside. Prices are still the same $. This location has less parking but closes early. The waitress was very nice and respectful. Highly recommend????

A Cincinnati favorite! The waffle sandwiches I've tried - like the brunch burger and the Cuban - are delicious (love the salty/ sweet combo of flavors)! And their frites with chipotle mayo are ????????! Also, a big fan of their Brussels sprouts.

The prices are a little high (at least $10-15 for most entrees), so maybe not perfect if you're looking for a cheap lunch option. But the portions are good-sized and very filling.

This place taught me that waffles are delicious whether sweet or salty. We decided to stray away from the classic chicken and waffles and try something unique for our first visit.

While the burger week burger was a little on the sweet side after a few bites, their waffle with ham, Brie, and apple was super delicious and better than I expected. A good balance of sweet and salty.

The best Belgium waffles I’ve ever had!! If you come here for brunch, try the brunch burger (pictured). It is a perfect combination of sweet and salty and brunch isn’t really brunch if you don’t add one of their various mimosas. This is a can’t miss restaurant
