“I cannot say enough good things about the University Club. I think I'm a 4th or 5th generation member, I can't remember exactly. That may seem like an obnoxious 'flex', but really I mean it instead to show this is a place worth joining, and remaining. I have never had bad service, nor have I ever had a bad meal. The Club is gorgeous, tasteful, and inviting. The friendly staff amplify that further, they're so caring and they take excellent care of both me and any guests I might have brought with me. “This farm to table restaurant is one of the best I have ever experienced. The thick cut bacon alone is enough to entice me to drive the three hours for a repeat visit. The entire restaurant is full of happy, busy bees serving some of the best breakfast food I've ever eaten. Even the coffee is a special roast created just for them. I had buttermilk-apple pancakes with hemp seeds granola. Delicious!! Wish I lived closer!”

“Excellent food!!! I've been here twice in the past month and enjoyed it both times. The guys behind the counter are really nice helpful. The place is clean and i feel like their prices are great. I got the spicy gyro (they suggested) and fries. Took it back to my desk and its still burning hot and soooooo good, and the seasoning on the fries makes them crispy and tasty. I highly recommend giving them a try.”

“Had dinner with three others before heading out to see the Cincinnati Ballet’s performance of Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake. Was fortunate enough to get a reservation for Valentine’s Day weekend. Lisa was our server throughout the evening. She was courteous and checked in throughout the dinner. The menu selection was great and when the food arrived the presentation was great! All in all, if you are looking for an alternative to other downtown restaurants this one is worth a trip!”

Did not like that they drenched it in strawberry syrup. The pancakes were decent but soggy due to the sauce. Might have been better if the syrup was in the side.”

“There isn't a lot in the south west corner of downtown Cincinnat as far as lunch options go. I walked over to Bagel Stop at 312 Walnut for lunch today. I ordered the Signature Club on a jalapeno bagel. It was a REALLY good sammich. And it was exactly what I wanted for lunch. I also got a bag of BBQ kettle chips, a drink and two terrific cookies for later. I'll definitely be back very soon.”

“Great location and friendly fast service found here. Ordered the Sloppy Nachos and Burger. Both were delicious and much better than bar food, as they advertise. Beer selection was ok with about 20 choices. Mostly the usual beers, but there were some fun crafts mixed in. This place is kinda in between a bar and a restaurant. They also have a corner stage for live music which is fun, but it's not always occupied. It could get pretty loud when the music starts. Great place to group up and enjoy that bar scene, but with real food, especially before a Reds game.”

“Had Big wings platter: 3 whole wings with a side, i took Mac n cheese. Very well seasoned wings, different taste than other wing places. But it was very very OILY, and that's why I would rate it 3.5. The wings were served on top of a piece of bread to absorb the excess oil. Looks like it's their style but the skin was still very oily. See the pictures, oil was dripping out the serving sheet. Inside the wing was good- tender & seasoned. They also have white/dark meat quarters in the menu. Mac and cheese was awesome, loved the herby flavor. I went on a busy Friday lunch and waited for almost 15 minutes for the order to be plated, not bad. Staff are really nice. Prime location but no parking.”

“I was taken here for my birthday for lunch and I had a fantastic time. The service and food was all on point. I had the Nashville hot chicken main and it was out of this world good. Everything was cooked to perfection and the sweet potato pancakes were to die for. I would highly suggest giving it a try.
