Bob Evans

OMG so friendly, Christi was a great server. I'm definitely going back, just to visit as well as eat. The cook made my breakfast just as I asked for, great visit for me.

We were here for breakfast on Easter morning. The food was good, served hot. Server was friendly and efficient.

Awesome service. For 55 customers or more Dropped In from a funeral. They did an awesome job keeping up taking care of making sure that everything come to us correctly if there was a problem the manager and the staff took care of it as quick as I could. I will be the first to admit that it was a day of chaos with all of us asking different things to children excetera. So if you have an event you want to bring their by all means just always the same employees or the same coordination ever recommend to go in there this is one of the better visits of a Bob Evans I have ever had.

First I ask for a table. The other waitress had to get the table wiped off. It was dirty. Next
Thing was the French Vanilla creamer was stuck together that we dont know how long it was there. Dirty. I ask for another batch of creamer. It had dried up butter an creamer stuck to it. She explained that the box was dumped an some of the creamers. Were sticky. Why couldn't the ones standing around couldn't wipe off the creamers
An let them dry off. Other wise everything tasted good.

Ordered the biscuit breakfast. Biscuit, egg, links, hash browns and country gravy. The gravy was so salty I couldn't eat it. I scraped it off, asked for and kindly recieved a replacement of regular sausage gravy which was fine. Asked for kitchen to be notified of the salty situation.
About 5 minutes later the manager comes to our table and says...I hear there was a problem with your food. I explained the situation and the resolution and the I was now satisfied and his staff was completely courteous. He advised he would go check things out and make sure the issue was resolved. He returned about 5 or so minutes later to advise me that there were two pans of gravy, one was fine the other had way too much salt. He made sure that the bad one was disposed of and gave us the check with a discount on it. A discount that we did not ask for. He offered on his own. An offer he did not have to extend. He was a good manager. He was also happy to let his staff know that we were not angry or displeased with our service.
