(March 6, 2019, 7:28 am)Steak and Shake historically, for my family anyway, has slow service. The last time I went, we ended up leaving due to the lack of staff. This time, however, we had a waitress that worked hard and cared. It was still busy but we were happy with our experience this time due to our waitress.
