“If you like the ham, you can get it without buying a whole one. They have a full menu with sandwiches, even a vegetarian option and you can get your sandwich with chips or a deli side. Great place to mix it up. They have limited seating though, so you may need to take it down the road to the park if there are a lot of you.”

When we called the store the manager told us that we requested our order to be double-bagged. If that was the case then why would we have left without two bags. We had absolutely no reason to have our order double-bagged. The service at this location needs a little improvement. The crew was very apologetic and gave us some extra items. We do appreciate how it was handled. I see no need to not come back again. It just shows how a good crew can handle a genuine mistake. I just think a little more attentiveness to customers questions along with a proper response would have averted this mistake.”

“The food has improved and the prices have increased. My issue is the wait-staff. When being placed at a table the waiters are rude and disinterested. They are busy and careless and I typically spend about 160 for me and another person, I wish the service matched the price point. I would recommend couples to sit at the bar because the bar staff are super friendly and go out of their way to spark conversation. I truly hope the staff improves, because Cincinnati doesn’t have many dedicated seafood options.”
