Food was good, the service too slow.
We eat here all the time for a reason. The customer service is great, the food is unbelievably delicious, and they are large portions! This is hands down the best sushi place anywhere around Cincinnati. I highly recommend Mango Tree!!!! REVISED** YOU NEEEEEED TO TRY THE ULTIMATE CALIFORNIA ROLL & THE SIAM FRIED RICE WITH SHRIMP. Dear owner, I love you! Hahah Mango Tree is the best FOOD in the city. Period.
This is one of our families favorite restaurants. Everything is excellent. I highly recommend the koi sou gai on the street food menu. It’s so tasty. Their pad Thai and Siam rice are favorites too. Love this place.
We loved it. Reasonably priced and portions were generous. Staff was helpful, food was delicious. It may well be our new go to for local Thai. Sweet and sour soup was just that sweet, sour and a little heat. We both had Chicken Pad Thai... I requested spicy and add vegetables and they had no problem with the request. My husband's Chicken Pad Thai remained mild and without the vegetables. It is small, simple establishment.
(Note: this review is for my visit there on October 25)
Went there about two weeks ago to get some food to go. My friend from out of town had just had a dish from there and recommended the Mango Tree as we were nearby. The staff was really friendly and prompt. Now for the food. I ordered the red curry, but when we got back to my friend's place, it appeared more like yellow curry (which I really like as well). Tasted it and it was a bit sweet like yellow curry dishes are. Plenty of basil in the dish which was great.
So, if this is their red curry compared to the many experiences with red curry dishes from other Thai food restaurants I've had, it is not close. I still liked it though, but I can't warrant giving more stars for what they call red curry. It's possible they gave me the wrong dish. The image I'm providing is what my wife ate of what I saved her and she even said that is not red curry (she's Chinese from Malaysia).
