This place is great. The atmosphere is cool and the people are nice. Good beer selection and drink selection. The food is really good. They also have a few tvs to keep an eye on some games.
A good Irish/English stop. One of the better ones in the area. Fantastic fish and chips, I haven't had anything else.
Would be kind of a fun place to take kids that like trains actually since the railway right next to the building is actually fairly busy. So they can see at least a train or two during the visit. In respect to that, it can also be super loud.
Definitely loved this place, the food is good, the fries are great, great, great!!! This is a local place where you can enjoy a great view of the train while having a good meal, ask for fish and chips, the traditional dish of this place. I know this place has an old history related to old English pubs, you will see historical quotes over the place and also can ask personnel for more details
I love this spot. You can tell there is some history in this building and in the entire area. There is a cute little shopping village right outside of this restaurant. The food you get at Cock & Bull is always hot and fresh. I don't eat fish but everyone I know who does absolutely raves about the fish and chips from here. Come here to catch a game or to hang out with friends.
Very good local joint. Recommended by our hotel clerk. HIE down the street. Great beer selection and it was served nice and cold! Both of us had the fish n coleslaw with side of house made chips (yumm). Fish was crunchy and excellent! We arrived around 5pm Thursday night. By the time we left it was pretty crowded. Great place!
