(May 24, 2019, 6:50 pm)Great customer service today. My salad was missing an ingredient. Manager on break saw me walk up to counter asked me right away what I needed. They attempted to correct but ended up being out of the ingredient. He was so bothered that he insisted I get refunded for my salad. Appreciate the attention and care and great customer service!

(April 18, 2019, 7:12 pm)The line was quick. The lady in the back with the pink hair was okay but seemed more interested in talking to other coworkers, didnt give us a receipt. However, Roz, in the front, seemed happy and made sure our sauces were in the bag and referred us to the survey to let them know how they were doing.
