Wendy's

Went thru drive thru. Employees very nice food was good.

I was disappointed by this Wendy's after having a great experience in Cheviot the week before. I stopped here while running errands one day and ordered the same thing I got at the Cheviot Wendy's: a large fry and flavored lemonade. The drive thru took a solid seven minutes. I pulled out my Kindle to read since I'd already ordered so I couldn't go in. When I finally got to the window, the customer service rep was pretty terrible. She didn't greet me (I actually greeted her). Every time I thanked her (for the return of my credit card, the drink, and then the food) she said nothing. She glared back at another employee and told them she needed my food first, so at least she prevented an order error. She did say "have a good day" like an afterthought just before I finally pulled away.

The fries were lukewarm, barely filled to the brim, and there was so little flavoring in the lemonade I couldn't tell it was supposed to be "peach." So after seven minutes of waiting and feeling as if my business was seen as an inconvenience by the rep, the food wasn't even good. Whenever I'm in the mood for Wendy's I'll visit other locations first if at all possible. I've had better experiences at this location in the distant past, so I'm hoping they were just having a bad day and that this doesn't become the norm.

Food was great but during a lunch rush they had a trainee on register with not a lot of support.

We went through the drive-thru which was very fast and quick. The lady working at the drive-thru was extremely nice. The food was absolutely delicious and very hot! Will definitely go back to this Wendy's again!

4 stars for getting my husband's order right! Would have been 5 if the fries had been hotter. Overall very happy!
