IHOP

Food and service were good, but it took a while before we were seated. I do like the Swedish crepes. The women's restroom was not in great shape. No toilet paper in the stall in the middle of the day. And this was one where they had super sized rolls. No good excuse to be out.

The food was amazing. It came late and was cold, but the manager was very prompt in getting it replaced and the staff was very polite and understanding throughout. I guess they were just having a rough day, and overall are a really good place to eat.

It’s a hit or miss with this place . First time we ordered from this location the food was great . We waited twice the quoted time and half the staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing . They forgot my salad and the front counter kid brought me a box of lettuce literally just lettuce no cheese onions or anything else . I found it kind of funny . The second time (today) we ordered however the food was up pretty quick especially for how busy they were but the food was awful. Waste of 26$ we always get steak tip dinner but the mashed potatoes tasted like they were from yesterday , and the corn was just as bad . None of it really seemed fresh. The only edible part was the steak tips and even those weren’t that great . All in all I think I’ll stick with the IHOP in colerain .

When I walked, almost every table near the front and middle had dirty dishes on them. I was seated near the back of the restaurant. After ordering my food, I realized that there were 6-8 tables seated and only 2 waitresses. Later that evening I saw a total of 4 waitresses but the service was really slow that night. It was almost 30 min. before I received my food. There were people even people sitting waiting 10 min. to receive their eating utensils. Overall I guess it was ok for being new. I feel everyone should be retrained on customer service and cleaning.
