022823 2nd day open. The place was packed but still moved pretty quickly. Employees were very nice. I ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 fries, and 1 Cole slaw. After I got the bag, I went to get condiments & check bags. I was missing a sandwich. I went back to the lady I got the bag from & told her & showed her the receipt. She said ok, I waited a few seconds & she said, "Here ya go! When I got home, I was still missing a $7 sandwich! I'm pretty honked off. Additionally, there is no phone number listed on the receipt to call, and no phone number is to be found online anywhere. There is a feedback website listed on the receipt. When you go to it, this new location is not listed, so you can't leave a review. No corporate phone number is listed on the main company website. I sent a chat message via Facebook & 5 hours later, there is still no answer. If they had actually corrected the error or if I could get an answer somewhere somehow I would rate service higher. I'll update if they finally make this right, which I feel they will...eventually. thank you. 031323 I got a reply via Facebook. I sent them the requested information & received gift certificates today to make up for the lost sandwich & travel time. The email interaction was great, they made things right & I will hopefully be going back again tomorrow! 031623 I made it back. Everything was perfect & delicious. I will drive PAST an Arby's to come here!. Roy Rogers could easily put Arby's out of business as far as quality. Thank you.

There are few chain restaurants in this area, so this Roy Rogers is appreciated. The food we've had so far, is okay. My burger was warm and delicious but my children ordered burgers that we received cold and the buns hard. We ate a late dinner which is why I think the biscuits were very hard and dry. Part of the order was made incorrectly, but the staff willingly made the correction. The toppings bar had fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and other items available, along with a good selection of condiments. The prices are acceptable. We've eaten here twice and expect to return. The atmosphere is ok. Not much different from any other fast food location. The most notable difference is the decision to allow the line of waiting customers to pass through the middle of the dining area. This puts standing customers within inches of tables where people are eating. Most every location I can recall has the queue walk through a zig-zag back and forth in front of the counter. That keeps diners separate from the queue and allows the queue easy visibility of the menu board. The queue of waiting customers moved quickly but still resulted in some discomfort having the butts of strangers inches from our table and food. We're giving the owners some grace since this location has only been open a couple weeks. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wanted to welcome back Roy Rogers after its long hiatus. Thought maybe they would bring back Trigger and Dale too. This was my favorite restaurant as a child. Very disappointed after my visit. The restaurant was practically standing room only, that said the wait time to order and get your food was acceptable. The coleslaw and Mac & cheese were pretty good. The roast beef sandwich looked good and had some meat on it. The chicken tenders were up to par and chicken dinners with a biscuit looked good. But I went for the double R burger, herein lies my biggest disappointment it was no bigger than a White Castel. The Pattie was cold and dry and the one slice of ham was shaved so thin it was translucent. Second disappointment was the sticker price. A combo meal is $12 or $13, three piece chicken tenders was $6. So two combos and a chicken tenders was $36. I could have gone to Skyline and gotten a 5 way, 3 way, 3 cheese coneys and drinks for the same price

Opening weekend. Busy place but worth the wait for me. Been a couple decades since eating at Roy Rogers. Had the large Roast beef this time. Will be going back

Made my first visit today, and it was packed. The workers were super friendly, and the line moved fast, considering there were a lot of customers there. I ordered the family chicken meal and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. The chicken wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything to write home about. It could be that I really only like spicy chicken, and they don't sell spicy. But they do sell a spicy chicken sandwich, and it was good.
