Great food! The best fries! Great prices! Great customers service ..

As the consensus indicates, this location has some issues. The tiny building could definitely use some renovation. The primary drive-thru window area needs to be replaced/updated, it appears to be falling apart and this is where the customer does the most interactions and spends the most time.

I've been here many times and the food is mostly cooked properly and tastes good. I've personally had a couple rude employees, but that was maybe two occassions regarding asking for sauce at the window. The employees are usually nice though.

You guys impressed me today. I can here a few months ago and had the worst experience of my life with a long wait and extremely disappointing cold food. But sometimes you just have to have Rally's fries so I decided to give you another chance. I got my food fast and fresh and the employee who helped me was extremely friendly. I can't give a 4 or a 5 because of my first experience but it seems like this place is improving and I will update the more I come back.
Update: You have improved continuously over the course of the past couple years. What was originally a 1 star review is now a 5. Great job yall!
