Eddie Merlot's Prime Aged Beef and Seafood Cincinnati

Really enjoy this place. Erick is probably one of the best servers I have ever had. And we go out a lot and been all over. He is very attentive. Between him and the chef taking special requests and making it happen very pleased with every visit. I have never had someone treat us with such respect and value. The staff is super nice , food is great and great experience every time. Truly feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Thank you!!!

Another awesome evening at Eddie's!! Cannot thank everyone enough for making my friend's birthday so much fun. Alexis always goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect...she makes us feel so special! Hands down, she is one of the best at Eddie's along with Gabby, Jacob, and Chris, the Executive Chef...oh my, her talents are off the charts! And her team is like no other (Jeff is a master on the steaks...perfect cook EVERY time).

Eddie Merlot's delivers on the most important restaurant quality, consistency, consistency, consistency! We go every chance we get and get attentive bar service from some more pleasant bar staffs in Cincinnati. The current GM, Tony Bassano, is one of the finest gentlemen on the floor and knows his business as well as anyone around. The food, is week after week, consistently prepared in as elegant a manner as what you would expect from this high quality steakhouse. They almost never miss a beat. In our opinion, the Happy Hour and lounge menu rival any in Cincinnati as evidenced by the crowd they get in the bar on most nights. Keep up the good work Eddie's and we'll keep coming back.

I saw a post the other day about how great the bar staff is somewhere else, I would put Alexis, Gabrielle, and Jacob above all.

Management is considerate as well as attentive, and the steaks just can't be beat, Jeff, the grill cook, is a master at his craft. I can't say enough about this place...but I will. Chris, the Executive Chef, hands down, deserves a 10 star rating. SHE IS GREAT!

This is fine dining at its best. The decor is comfortable formal and the service is outstanding. So that brings us to the food, which was great. We had a spicy shrimp app. Which easily fed three of us and was perfectly spiced. I had a combo with steak, shrimp and sausage Which was very good. My daughter had a combo with steak. Crab and shrimp which she loved. Prices were food for this level of food and service. I will definitely be back.
