Food is fine. This Monday morning there is this guy working drive through that needs some training. He always hands my large drink and bag of food or the window with one hand. Then I awkwardly have to figure out how to take it without dropping one of the two. Also, he does this before taking my cc. No one else at this store ever does this. Also, he never puts my full order on the screen, but says pull on around leaving me to wonder if he got it right

Busy time of the day around 6pm on a work week day and tge french fries were hot. Sounds simple very rarely do you ever receive hot food.

Had a very nice experience at this location tonight! Taylor and Jimmy know how to deliver customer service, top notch and five star! Taylor offered us a coupon for our meal that saved us a few bucks. Greatly appreciated! Then he made sure our fries and onion rings were fresh and hot. We don't always get this kind of service at a fast food restaurant. Really appreciated when great service does happen!
