But thankfully there is an outside area you can still sit down and enjoy your coffee iced tea or even a breakfast sandwich with a friend. The staff was friendly even through a piece of plexiglass.”

“I have yet to go inside this location so I can't speak to the interior seating or service but the drive thru is top notch. I am always greeted with a friendly voice. I can "hear" the smile and the partner is always helpful. It can get a little busy so the drive thru can take a few minutes but it's okay because the drinks are well made and served with smile and a thank you. If you don't want to go inside in Hyde Park Plaza this location is a great option.”

“Like its Starbucks you know? While the coffee is good and the people are certainly friendly this is not the 'roasted at home' taste you might get from an independent place (like Deeper Roots). This being said, commercialism at its finest has afforded and SUPER fast turnaround time for orders and a very convenient mobile app to boot. As for this particular location, everything is very clean and everyone I have spoken to is welcoming in the typical (modern) Starbucks fashion. “Very cool place. Coffee shop by day, local live jazz and crafted cocktails by night! You can make reservations ahead to guarantee a seat. There is a cover charge and a $10 drink minimum but the fantastic music and nice vibe negates this. Went there and heard a Cuban-Caribbean jazz band which were phenomenal. Can’t wait to stop in during the day and grab an espresso!”

“I discovered this place while on a business trip to Cincinnati. It's tucked in a corner and pretty subtle. But finding it was worth it. The coffee is great, the service is great. I was only there 4 days but by the 3rd day Lane knew my order and by the 4th he had it ready as I was walking into the shop. They are cheerful and prompt took the time to not only learn my drink but my name. If I come back to town I am definitely going back. Great place for your morning (or afternoon) coffee.”
