Marco's Pizza

I love this place, always nice fast service and great food however today I call to make sure crust toppers were added to my pizza because the last two times they forgot , no big deal it happens so I figure this time I just call, I was polite said please and thank you and when I was talking trying to say I appreciate it the guy hung up on me and I’ve never had anyone be rude until today. Please get happy people to answer your phones , I refuse to not be here by my favorite pizza place that I spend a lot of money at monthly .

Out of all the pizza places in Findlay, Marcos seems to be the most consistent. Many places seem like they are skimping on sauce and cheese, but Marco's doesn't. And they don't charge you for a little cup of dipping sauce like some others do.

Plus they are always very friendly.

I was so impressed with the service I received from Derek at Marcos this afternoon. I found an online coupon that wasn’t registering correctly on the website. When I called, not only did he honor the coupon, but he explained the tech issue and made sure I was satisfied with my order. When I came into the store to pick up my order, he greeted me with a smile. A positive experience overall.
