I went in the store for a delivery, and I am impressed with the staff and their service. courteous and friendly. They were all about the customers. There was no chitchat going on between the staff as long as there were customers in line. The place was fantastically clean. They brought the food to the tables and interacted with the guest. Can not say enough about how great this place and their staff are!!

It was very good. Service good & very friendly. Kids had a chance to play after an 8 he car ride.

I have been a fan of the restaurant chain for many yrs. without disappointment. I have found in my many visits to this chick Gil a, that I have often received fries are not fresh and chicken nuggets that are cold. This has not been my experience in other locations, which is the reason for my post. I love the food and the service is absolutely some of the best I have experienced in fast food, so I will give the benefit of doubt that my experience may have just been due to off days which is why my rating is 3 instead of my usual 5. Freshness goes a long way..

Hands down best fast food. Food is good and fresh, and everyone is so nice. Manager came multiple times to check on us and see if we needed anything which is unheard of in fast food. Very pleased, would recommend and will return.

The food is excellent. The service is excellent. The #2 spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite because there is a great balance of flavor and spice to the food. The crosscut fries are phenomenal and always taste fresh. The Findlay location can run very busy at times so plan ahead or you may be waiting for a while. But trust me the wait is worth it. The food is always hot. Of course be aware: they are closed on Sundays so get your fill on Saturday. This location is always very clean and orderly. I've never seen any trash lying around. The workers are always courteous and very helpful.
