Hancock Hotel

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the hotel was clean and elegant and had an aurora of a time when hotels really wanted you to feel like an honored guest. Stephen the valet and Josie at the front desk were exceptionally hospitable. I ordered room service from the restaurant on site and it was delicious.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, valet service was super prompt, but the food from Mancy's was horrible. Well the shrimp cocktail was delicious but ordered a wedge salad which when deliver the edges of the wedge we're all brown and the blue cheese was just flat. Ended up trimming all the brown off to eat it. Creme Brulee tasted as if it was some powdered mix or possibly frozen. No taste.

We had a great experience at the Hancock Hotel! My daughter and I stayed in town for a girl’s weekend. Our valet, Charles, gave us great information about Findlay things to do, and made us feel very welcome! Our room was beautiful and clean. We had breakfast at the restaurant and the food was fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend!

My husband Robert and I a wonderful stay yesterday evening for a work event. We would definitely stay here again! Very pleased with every aspect and part of this hotel! It is a 10 out of 10! We really appreciated our valet Stephen for helping us load our bags at the end our stay - including all of our extra boxes from our work event. Thank you!

When you first pull up to the entrance, you are immediately greeted by valet to assist you, very friendly and attentive, made me feel like royalty. As you enter the lobby you’ll notice the front desk, the attendant (Michael with the cool beard) was readily available to help you with any task or question. My girlfriend and I already made reservations for a 1 night stay prior to arriving, so check-in went smoothly. Upon entering our room, I felt a peace come over me, it was warm and inviting, exactly what we needed. The TV worked perfectly and the room was a cozy temperature. My one issue was the pillows.. they were either too hard or too soft, call me Goldilocks but I need something in the middle. Other than the pillows I would highly recommend Hancock Hotel to anyone who needs a little getaway for the weekend and explore downtown Findlay. 9/10
